Powerficient® Refresh Process

STEP 1

Incoming Material Classification

Incoming customer-owned units are categorized and separated as necessary for their respective processes.

STEP 2

Incoming Quality Control

Images and records are captured for each incoming unit by OEM serial and model before it reaches the refresh production line.

STEP 3

Dissasembly

Units are disassembled and usable components are saved and separated, while unusable components are thoughtfully recycled.

STEP 4

Assembly

Any new components necessary are installed and the unit is assembled to specifications.

STEP 5

Torque & Crimp

If units have torque requirements, this station carefully torques, crimps, and digitally captures all individual and total torque values to required specs per unit.

STEP 6

Final Assembly

Any finishing assembly is completed and all components are added and secured.

STEP 7

Testing & Certification

A wide range of testing and data capturing are completed per unit to ensure readiness for end-user commissioning. 3rd party (NRTL) safety evaluations for unit batches are completed for NEC compliance (if required) and managed by Powerficient® during the refresh process.

STEP 8

Outgoing Quality Control

A 100% visual inspection checklist is performed to record and ensure outgoing unit quality.

STEP 9

Packaging

Packaging is specified to customer and/or unit requirements prioritizing ease of un-packaging and installation, with awareness of appropriate protection for shipping mode, distance, fragility and installation type.
